Excessive stress and or anxiety can become serious enough to disrupt your life. Generalized anxiety disorder (or GAD) is characterized by excessive, exaggerated anxiety and worry about everyday life events with no obvious reasons for worry. It can bring about chaos in your sleeping patterns, it can elevate blood pressure and even cause hair loss or skin issues. Anxiety disorder is the constant feeling of worry, or fear, so much so that it obstructs your ability to do daily functions. When someone has symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder tend to always expect disaster and can’t stop thinking about money, family, work or health. In people with generalized anxiety disorder, the anxiety is often improbable or out of proportion for the circumstances. Everyday life becomes a constant state of worry, fear, and dread.
