Want to gain muscle mass fast? Well it surely beats gaining it slowly. The important term is “muscle mass”, as you are not interested in adding only mass. By performing some form of weightlifting, and at the same time consuming a great quantity of calories, you can very easily gain both fat and muscle. Is what to eat to gain muscle, something that is continuously on your mind? Maybe you shouldn’t be worried at all. Workout experts seem bent on convincing you that in order to gain muscle you should focus more on food than exercise. In fact, the opposite is true. Diet is actually a minor factor, with the level at which you work your muscles being a much larger factor in gaining muscle. The amount of body fat that your body holds is controlled by your diet.
