What We Can Do To Stay Motivated To Be Fit And Healthy?

If you are anything like me you have spent the last year trying to lose weight but not fairly succeeding. It is probably fair to say we have tried half hearted attempts over the last couple of years and whilst we have enjoyed some good results we have effortlessly lapsed into poor habits. What happened to that wonderful routine of going to the health club three times a week? we felt so good like a whole new person. Then we got ill, that summer season cold or winter flu and we had been out of the ring for a couple of weeks whilst we struggled through work and family life to get well once more. We had done so well by consuming far better as the body demanded much more nutrients and a much more wholesome and lean diet program. When we got ill we wanted to make ourselves feel better by eating junk and comfort food. More cakes much more comfort food and we started to acquire those additional pounds we had worked so hard to lose and we had no motivation to get back in the health club once more.
