Cerebral Palsy is a disorder which effects the brain and results in conditions which affect body movement and balance. This condition is usually seen to effect infants and small children before or after birth, who then, start showing the characteristics of this disease. Any harm to either one or several parts of the brain which are responsible towards controlling muscle tone and motor activity during early stages of the life results in cerebral palsy. The most prevelant trait which is common with all patients suffering from CP is the difficulty in controlling and coordinating muscle movements.
