I’m 45 years old and feel every bit of it most of the time. My spouse and kids are the most important things in my life. {I’ve been heavy all my life.~I have struggled with weight issues most of my life.~For as long as I can remember, I have been overweight When When I was younger I was always considered stocky , but not fat. Then one day I wake up and I’m 163 lbs heavier than when I got out of high school. I don’t recall exactly when I gained all of the extra pounds. Whether it was a job change or relationship change, for some reason I added weight. I realized that I could make the effort that was needed to lose the weight. I consider myself a doer and feel I have the resolve to meet goals that I set. My wife is also heavy. By teaming up, we decided that know was the time to fix the problem. My weight loss was tied to the amount of time I spent working out. My biggest successes came when I was able to exercise more on a regular basis.I really didn’t think I would notice much change.
