Any avid cyclist will tell you about all the health benefits they derive from cycling. From increased cardio vascular activity, to buring off the calories and building muscle, the list is endless. Just ask any avid cyclist. Finding time to cycle regularly is something some people find difficult, so they incorporate it into their normal lives by cycling to work.
