While there are many ways that a person can deal with stress, the first step is to recognize that the stress is causing problems.

One common thing that causes stress is being overweight and the problems that being overweight can create in the future. They feel a tremendous amount of stress because of the weight and the need to lose any excess weight. But stress and losing weight do not necessarily go well together. Because of stress some people don’t eat. This can cause serious health problems and is not the right way to drop some pounds.
