On day fourteen of the body cleansing, gradually bring the raw fruits and vegetables back into your diet. Eat small portions throughout the day. Chew your food well and do not over eat, for you will not have the appetite you had before. Consider the difference between freshly cooked food and leftovers in a storage container; such is similar to your innards. You will see the difference with this body cleanse detox system. Dieting and cleansing may not sound fun, but you can make it fun, and know how much better you will feel when it is completed.
