Are All Industrial Water Filtration Systems The Same?

The styles and capacities of the Industrial Water Filtration Systems have currently expanded with stunning speed. They can now process at least 600 bottles per hour and provide much cleaner water than before. This number is six times more than what these systems could provide previously.

In their plan to stay relevant in the mid- and high-range industrial water filtration systems products, Chinese boiler suppliers are changing their R&D in the direction of enhancing the performance of their products.

The quality of the filtered water is another matter that many engineers have taken up. Some manufacturers are now offering systems with a mono-block base which incorporates the washing and filling tanks, preventing dust and other particulates from making their way into the system.

What’s more, parts of the filtering equipment that make physical contact with the water are manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

In nearly all of the currently introduced Industrial Water Filtration Systems, three to five washing booths are incorporated, each being able to sterilize the inner and outer sides of the bottle in one operation. For the most complete sterilization, some water bottling units also come with heating and even drying stages.

For a more effective and accurate system, the tasks of washing, filling and capping are fully automatic when operated by a programmable logic controller (PLC). This is just a specialized computer designed to accomplish multiple input and output processing. Manufacturers may get PLCs from Panasonic, Siemens and LG.

The strong construction of the industrial water filtration systems gives them the ability to tolerate a punishing range of temperatures and forceful vibrations which help in elongating the production life of the system.

As far as production is concerned, most bottled water manufacturers are not in a hurry to risk any capital on new technologies in industrial water filtration systems because of the intricate process of fabrication. They are concerned that improvements may require restructuring the entire plant, resulting in a painful increase in the cost of manufacturing.

Aquaworks Commercial RO Water Filter/Water Purifier: This is a heavy duty 2-stage RO water purification system that is most often used by several diverse industries: pulp and paper making, mining, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, and machine manufacturing, just to name a few.

Shenzhen Seawater Desalinator with Power of 5.5W: This filter has the best performance with a reduced production cost. The system is very small and can quickly fit in any location you like, with quick installation, one touch button operation, and suitable for any sea water source. This is not just resistant to corrosion, but the Shenzhen Desalinator also uses the world’s most effective membrane modules and pumps for enhanced performance.

Drinking Water/Beverage Filling Line with Combined Units: This system incorporates a filler-capper and a rinser, which is ideal for filling one-gallon bottles with liquid. The amount of the liquid in each bottle is controlled by a pre-programmed filling time and caps are automatically capped. Its electric controllers are separated into individual controls for efficient operation.
