Cheeses’ existence seems to give a big impact to mankind. When I ponder some thoughts about the reality of cheese, it makes me wonder and makes me more curious. cheese really has a rich background in culture and history.

Today, we are going to talk about cheese.
There are various types and classifications of cheese. It varies with the age and how it is being processed. They vary from different animals that produces milk such as:

Cow’s Milk
Goat’s Milk
Sheep’s Milk
Buffalo’s Milk
Mixed Milk (any combination from the above milks)

Cheeses has different flavors because of the different sources that cheese makers can choose from. That is the reason why there are lots of classifications of cheese. And there would be different styles of manufacturing cheese. Out of these milk sources these are some of the types of cheese that are available to satisfy your taste buds:

Blue Cheese: This is a popular type that can be seen anywhere. This is a common classification that comes from a cow’s milk, sheep’s milk or goat’s milk. Pennicillium is added to this which gives the bluish color within the cheese. With this added content, the cheese will have a unique aroma and taste.

Soft and Fresh Cheese: This type of cheese can be made up of the different cheese sources. This is an all-natural cheese. Its flavor does not seem to be strong. Its texture is soft. This type of cheese should be consumed in no time since it is likely to be molded easily because of its nature and preparation. The soft cheese is a bit older in age than the fresh cheese.

Semi-soft Cheese: The Semi-soft cheese is more firm than fresh cheese. This types comes with a richer flavor. This type of cheese is useful in cooking any recipes that need cheese in it. This is a cook’s secret recipe.

Hard-type Cheese: This type of cheese is an old aged cheese. This is used in sprinkling to be added as a topping.

Stinky Cheese: Lastly, the stinky cheese may have a bad odor but it has a unique taste that adds more life into a dish.
