I was definitely contemplating using Argan oil for my skin because of watching it being offered for sale in local stores and online. I wasn't totally certain what the usefulness of it was before I watched this video on You Tube. The oil has evidently been used by women in Morocco for generations but only began to become well-known beyond Morocco over the past 10 years. I hadn't realized it, but Moroccan Argan oil is the rarest of the natural oils. The rationale being that it's only made from the Argan tree of the southerly part of the country. That is just one of the reasons it's commonly pricey (at least the quality oil is).

Apparently they call pure Argan oil "liquid gold" due to what it can do for hair and skin. In the youtube video they describe the various attributes of the oil, such as the array of essential fatty acids. These help to keep your skin moistened and younger looking. Genuine Argan Oil also includes sterols, which diminish inflammation and leaves skin soft. And that only scratches the surface of what is in the oil.
