So what the hell are Kettlebells and what are these Kettlebell workouts I keep hearing about? Kettlebells are not widely known even though the fact of the matter is that they have been around for centuries.
Kettebells basically look like a cannonball which has a handle stuck onto it. This strange object has grown in popularity over the past few years. Kettlebells are widely known for there ability to develop conditioning and strength.
It has been said that Kettlebells have been developed over a century ago in Russia. Kettlebelss may have started in Russia but they have now reached across all countries now all over the world.

The beauty of kettlebells is that they are portable and can be done anywhere. Put them in the boot of your car and take them any place that you want. My favorite spot to do my Kettlebell workouts is at the beach or the park.
Kettlebell workouts offer a host of benefits to the user. Cardiovascular strength increases. If you are a man you will develop muscle mass and if you are a women you will lose weight. Kettlebells are good for your joints and are a safe way to exercise.
A very big bonus for working with kettlebells is because each training session only take a maximum of 30 minutes to complete. The reason for the quickness of the workouts is due to the level of intencity that you workout at. With Kettlebells you will be working out very intensly.
To really get the quickest results from Kettlebell workouts follow a 3 – 4 day training schedule each week to really get the benefits. Six exericises is usually the recommended amount to do in the given time. Most Kettlebell workouts are done in a circuit but they can also be done as supersets as well.
Kettlebell workouts can be done by all age groups and ability levels. So no matter your age or the fact that your a beginner, intermediate or advanced in physical activities there is a Kettlebell workout for you.
I use to workout with weights for about five years and I recently started working out with kettlebells as well. Kettlebells quickly became my favorite activity and I ended up getting rid of the weights and training strickly with Kettlebells.
I fell in love with the absolute intensity that Kettlebell workouts gave me and I ended up just really feeling good after my training. Kettlebells are also great working the core muscles, something that weight training fails to do.
