Simple Workout Plans That Can Help You Getting Six-Pack-Abs

Which workout plans do we have to choose from if we want to flatten our abs? The only way you can get a flat stomach is reducing your body fat. There’s no need for purchasing any ‘six Pack Ab’ equipment that you can use 10 or 3 minutes per day. Do what it takes to make your body fat low, that’s all you need to get a flat ab.

I don’t say you should not workout to gain muscle mass, I recommend that you follow a strict workout plan. The truth is most of us have perfect abs. Even the two thousand pounder we saw on TV who had to be lifted out of his home by a big truck because of his fat, has perfect abs. So do you, so do I.

What the heck is the problem then? The problem is that most people can’t see their abs. Why can’t they? Simply because their body fat is too high. So, how do I reduce my body fat?

– Develop good eating habits
– perform cardio exercises

and your body fat will be lowered and your stomach will be seen.

Then do ab exercises as well as other muscle and fitness exercises. Doing ab exercises will build your ab muscles but don’t start ab training before before you can see your muscles, which means before you have got rid of the fat layer that is covering them.

You don’t have to buy a machine to get ‘six-pack-abs”. Doing ordinary five minute crunches two days a week is sufficient to get great looking ‘6-pack-abs’. Here is how I’m exercising my abs:

– Do 15 minutes ab workout two days a week
– perform crunches (weighted)
– then perform leg raises

That’s all you have to do. Just two times a week. Without equipment, DVDs or Video tapes. Only you and the floor. Stay on a low sugar and low fat diet. Continue cardio exercises. The diet and the cardio exercises will lower your body fat thus allow your stomach muscles to become visible.

Just laugh at all the commercials telling you that ab workout machines are necessary to flatten your abs, because now you know the truth about how to get flat abs. You don’t have to search for workout plans to flatten your abs anymore.
