Go out and do something, no matter what it may be. Go bowling, fishing or do gardening. If you can’t do anything else, then go to your local library. In addition, as much as you can walk to the places that you are going to.

Meditate and laugh a lot to keep emotional stresses from taking a toll on your body. Always maintain a positive outlook on life and don’t let anything distract you from it. Always have peer support from your loved ones and close friends.
