Therefore here are a few exercises that will help get rid of that flab from the thighs and especially inner thighs for women. Leg butterfly stretch is one of the exercises that target the fat on the inner thighs of women effectively. Also this stretching exercise helps in relaxing the muscles on the thighs and the legs. Additionally this exercise also helps you in becoming more flexible. Make sure that you are sitting on a carpeted floor. Sit with the soles of you feet touching together. Make sure that your legs are stretched and are open. Now lower your knees slowly towards the ground. You will be able to lower your knees to the maximum position depending on how flexible you are.
If you are very flexible then your knees will touch the ground however if you are not so flexible and doing this exercise for the first time then you will face difficulty after a point. When this point arrives make sure that you do not rush things. Slowly try to lower your knees as much as possible. If it is no more possible after a point then leave things there. If you really want to push the borders then you can have a friend who will push your keens until they are touching the ground and keep you in this position for about two minutes.
Another very effective exercise is the sideward thigh raise. In this exercise you should have a towel with you that you should roll up and place under your head. Now turn your body to one side. Make sure that you head is resting on the towel. This is to make sure that you head and your hips are in most appropriate positions. After this, make sure that your legs are straight on the ground. Bend your right leg to the front of you. When you have done this keep your left leg straight and raise your right leg about six feet in the air. This will put maximum force on the inner thigh muscle.
After raising your leg hold it in the raised position for about ten seconds. After ten seconds, bring your leg to the position where you started. Repeat this movement about ten times. After this roll over to the other side and repeat the same exercise with the other leg. This will help you to quickly lose fat from your thigh. This exercise can be done from the comfort of your home without the help of an instructor. Also this exercise is very effective and you will start to see results within a week of doing this exercise consistently.
