Here the grapes are handcrafted to give the perfect touch to provide great wines. All the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and pressed by hand to dump stem and skin antagonism which is caused by high pressure hydraulic kit.

The tanks are hand siphoned for the clean juice off the top during fermentation so that transfer can take place without disturbing sediment. The tanks at the winery are imported Italian chrome steel fermenting tanks produced by Marchisi. When the wine is ready it is aged and racked in hand made barrels of French and Yank Oak.

Not only is the wine smashing but so is the setting for the winery. You are close to Mt. Hood so your background is a stunning view of the mountains. The winery offers a new building with intimate inside settings and a stunning outdoor area too. They offer an indoor events room with a stone hearth, and outdoor dance floor, covered porches for your comfort while enjoying a great glass of wine or visiting with chums. There are indoor and outside bars as well as wine serving areas and pretty cobblestone patios for you pleasure. Parking isnot a problem since there is an on-site parking facility and valet parking turn around.
