Treatment After Painting the Town Red

After spending the entire night drinking and painting the town red, you may suddenly wake up as if a rock just fell on your head. Usually, mixing drinks like beer and vodka together will have hard effects in your bloodstream. Blood vessels in the brain will constrict, providing less oxygen and circulation which will thereby causethe pain responses. There are several ways to get rid of the problem though, depending on the severity.
1. Primary treatment. If you feel like you cannot walk straight or can’t seem to successfully find your Business card cases, you may find it very helpful to take more hours of rest. Most people try to sleep only 3 to 4 hours after drinking gallons of alcohol, then discoverthat they feel sick the entire day. Before going to bed after partying all night, you should drink at least 1 to 2 glasses of water to prevent dehydration. 3. Sweat it off. You can also sweat out the excess alcohol and toxins by drinking a lot of water, taking a hot bath or spending 30 minutes in a sauna bath. You can also choose to exercise by walking briskly or jogging for 30 to 60 minutes. You will feel the toxins exit through your skin. Exercise also helps blood rush throughout all your blood vessels so circulation and oxygenation is enhanced. This gets rid of headache as well.
4. Eat more. Try to eat more carbohydrates, particularly those that provide immediateenergy such as fruits and rice. Avoid soda and try to take foods from natural sources. Drink some chicken soup to help detoxify plus some fresh green salad. Drinking soup just before you go to bed will help minimizethe ill effects of alcohol the next day.
5. Find a diversion. Try to distract yourself from the pain and discomfort by watching some TV, rummaging for your Silver business card case or talking to a family member or friend. You need to keep your mind from stressing too much. Reading a book may be a bit taxingan activity. Listen to some soothing music or get a massage somewhere. You will discover that the effects will just go away in minutes.
