Something lots of advertisers overlook to mention is that abs of steel videos are built in time. Two or three weeks of gym training will not shape the body or trigger mass growth. Moreover, in order to stay fit, constant training is needed following healthy eating habits and a fitness regime. Sounds hard but what you get is not just a flat abdomen, but a rejuvenated longer life.
